Syed Abd Rahman is a leading advocate for youth diving education and adaptive scuba programs in Malaysia. As founder of Kids Scuba Malaysia, he has spent more than two decades introducing young people and individuals with disabilities to the underwater world.

Established in 2004, Kids Scuba Malaysia focuses on teaching children and teenagers about diving safety, marine conservation, and environmental stewardship. Rahman’s programs have helped thousands of young divers gain confidence in the water while developing a deeper appreciation for the ocean.

Rahman is also active in adaptive diving initiatives through Diveheart Malaysia, working with hospitals and rehabilitation centers to provide scuba therapy opportunities for individuals with disabilities.

Through his dedication to education, accessibility, and conservation, Syed Abd Rahman has played an important role in expanding diving opportunities throughout Malaysia and the region.
